CoCreate brings together a diverse community of members at every stage of their career or pension journey.
Participants play a key role in the development of OMERS products and services. This feedback has enhanced the leave and service purchase processes, simplified a redesign of the retirement planner tool in myOMERS, made pension information easier to understand – and more!
Over the last two years, we’ve completed 30 member research studies together and spent almost 500 hours collaborating on successful initiatives driven by those insights.

With over 9,000 participants, CoCreate is an active and growing community of OMERS members whose contributions are making a real impact. Become a part of CoCreate by updating your communication preferences in myOMERS.
CoCreate welcomes new participants who are keen to share their perspective and experience as an OMERS member. Once you join, we will reach out with opportunities to participate in research.
Participation is voluntary and while not everyone who signs up will be contacted, every insight that is shared helps us build a better experience for all members. This could be through a variety of formats, including surveys, interviews, workshops and focus groups.
When we have a project that requires feedback, we will reach out for volunteers – you can get involved based on your schedule and which studies or topics appeal to you.

Sign in to your myOMERS account.
On the top navigation bar, select My account and then Profile & settings.
Under the Communication preferences section, click the Manage button.
Scroll down to the OMERS CoCreate section, select Yes to opt in, then click the Save button.
Don’t have a myOMERS account yet? Creating one is quick and easy! All you need to get started is your email address or phone number and date of birth.
