As a token of our appreciation for participation in our three-question survey in myOMERS, all respondents will have the opportunity to enter a draw to win one of three Apple iPads, (an approximate value of $1,600 each), subject to the following Contest Rules:
Only OMERS members who are registered for myOMERS, are Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) and who opt-in to the draw after completing the survey are eligible to participate in the draw. OMERS employees and representatives are not eligible to participate.
There is a limit of one entry per individual.
Eligibility to enter the draw will close on December 31, 2026, following which the draw will take place on a date selected by OMERS in the first quarter of 2027. During the draw, OMERS will randomly select three winners from among all eligible entrants.
Each winner will receive one Apple iPad. Delivery of the Apple iPad is subject to the winner being confirmed as an eligible participant and being reachable by telephone or email by OMERS within five days of the draw. If not reachable, another winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining entrants. Confirmed winners will be notified regarding how to claim their Apple iPad and will also be announced in the OMERS Member Quarterly Q1 2027 newsletter.
Each Apple iPad must be accepted as awarded and is not transferrable, customizable or exchangeable. Once awarded, OMERS will not have any responsibility or provide any amounts regarding the warranty, repair or any other maintenance related to the upkeep or maintenance of the Apple iPad.
OMERS reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate the draw, change the type or size of iPad given away, or change the contest rules at any time and for any reason.
